​Province II of the Episcopal Church is governed by the constitution and canons of the Episcopal Church and by its ordinances and by-laws.

Governance

Each diocese elects deputies to General Convention who serve for 3 years and are also the deputies to provincial synod, which meets in the spring preceding General Convention.
The provincial council meets several times each year and administers the affairs and networks of the province.
