  • Identified several areas in which this ministry intersects/dovetails with anti-racism, anti-human trafficking, and youth ministries – provides opportunities for possible for joint programming

  • Updating list of immigration/emigration/migration contacts
  • Scheduling Zoom conference call for all Diocesan immigration/emigration/migration contacts
  • Identifying: (1) what Provincial Dioceses are/aren’t doing in this area and (2) what Diocesan needs are/aren’t
  • Identifying topics for 4 webinars for triennium and scheduling first webinar
  • Identifying whether for purposes of holding an event next triennium this ministry can/should/will be combined with others or rather whether it will be separate and, if the latter, what that will look like
  • Updating Provincial website ministry page for people on the move
  • Preparing description of what would like Provincial people on the move consultant to do last year of this triennium and next triennium
  • Continued outreach to Cuba, Haiti, Virgin Islands & Europe

  • Create a “Prayers for the Times” focused on this ministry and translate into Spanish and French
  • Highlight for Winter 2019/Spring 2020 InProv2
  • 4 webinars for this triennium, each addressing a different topic and a different audience
