When you look at the Proposed Diocese Askings, you will see no reported income for Diocese of Haiti in 2015 and Diocese of New York in 2016.

You are invited to use the "comments" to ask questions on the budget  and every effort will be made to answer them.  This is an attempt to  prevent the Synod business meeting from becoming a finance committee meeting.
